Elegant yet robust, this compact form of Portuguese laurel brings structure, fragrance and seasonal interest to both grand and modest garden spaces
With rich red stems and glossy dark green foliage, its ideal for growing as a screen or hedge, and even for topiary. In late spring to early summer, it bears sweetly scented clusters of creamy-white flowers, followed by red-black berries.

Care Tips
Makes a nice dense hedge that can be clipped or left to grow. If pruning, do so after flowering and then again in the autumn to maintain shape and height.
