It’s as important to have herbs to pick by the fistful from autumn until spring, as it is in summer — and with these four, that’s exactly what we can all do.
Parsley is parsley, Chervil gives a gentle aniseed flavour, brilliant for omelettes and salads. We use sweet cicely for tisanes and the baby leaves in salad dressings. We use winter savory, as a winter replacement for thyme. So here you have it all.This collection contains 5 seedlings each of:
