Description
This is a stop-you-in-your-tracks bulb, one of the whopper firework alliums with flower globes up to 30cm wide. Super unique with its pure white flowers, oh-so-lovely against the green stems. Brand new, unusual, unmissable, and totally perennial, will be popping up every year for decades.

Allium petals are edible, you can scatter them on salads. We use the more delicate types like cowanii and unifolium most often at Perch Hill.
Care Tips
Removing the foliage once it becomes tatty doesn't appear to affect the bulbs.
