Soft Green Enamel Cake Stand

Sarah loves this colour and uses it in so many places in the house and pots in the garden at Perch Hill. At Christmas fill our enamel raised cake stand with decorations, vases, mince pies or a flaming Christmas pudding. I find it hardly goes a day here unused.

creamy celeriac soup with chestnuts

This soup is very rich and creamy, yet it contains no cream, with almond milk used instead. If the celeriac is organic, remove the minimal amount of peel as the nutrients lie just beneath the skin.


Top this soup with chestnuts, which are low in fat and calories compared to all other nuts, but still packed with protein and they are filling too.

Go-Green Papier-mâché Baubles
