Here by popular request, so many of you have written to tell me about the excellence of American Land Cress. This is a cut and come again peppery cold season leaf. Eat the baby leaves raw and larger leaves in delicious cress soup.

Moisture Moist but Well-drained
Spacing Thin to 10cm apart.
Sowing, Seeds, Planting Sow February-March and/or August-October. Successional sowing every 3-4 weeks will deliver a constant supply.
Care Tips Can be grown in container pots or window boxes. It is very tolerant of cold weather. Keep well watered.
Harvesting September-May, 6-8 weeks from sowing when the leaves are about 10-15cm. Harvest with scissors from around the outer leaves. This is a cut-and-come-again variety.
Cooking Notes A similar flavour to watercress, with the same health benefits.
