Sowing, Seeds, Planting Plant in a cool, semi-shady part of the garden. Avoid exposed east-facing sites, where cold winds may damage young spring growth. Dry sunny spots are also best avoided. Work plenty of organic matter into the soil prior to planting and sprinkle mycorrhizal fungi into the base of the planting hole, firm in and water well until established.
Care Tips To enhance flowering prune hard in early spring, cut back the previous season's shoots to within a few buds of the permanent, woody framework of the plant.
Flowering July - November
Vase Life Sear stem ends for 30 seconds in boiling water. Also excellent as a dried flower.

This arrived as a small stick that I did not think would last the winter. However it thrived and although it has not flowered yet is a strong healthy plant
