Cultivation
Sow under cover in succession, every 2-3 weeks, in gutters February-September, 3cm (1in) apart for planting out March-October. Direct sow from April, thinly in a 15cm (6in) strip. Cover lightly with 1.5cm (1/2in) of fine soil.

Care Tips

Keep well watered to prevent roots from splitting. Protect early and late sowings with cloches or grow in a greenhouse.
