Ranunculus are often referred to as buttercups, however these are not the weedy types you might find in your lawn, but luxurious Persian buttercups that are a must for anyone dreaming of growing their own cut flowers. They provide many gorgeous blooms per bulb throughout the season and have a brilliant, long vase life - making them a firm floristry favourite. Grown from small, unusual tubers known as 'claws', they produce large, multi-layered, rose-like blooms, with lustrous silk petals in a wide spectrum of colours.
