Why can’t I make an offer work?

If you’re having trouble with a special offer, discount code or saving, don’t worry! First things first, double-check you’ve entered the code correctly. Copying and pasting it directly from our website can help avoid any typos. Make sure you’re popping it into the discount code field in your basket, not the gift voucher field, as they work differently. If you've forgotten to add a code into your basket, you can still shop and save by adding it in during the checkout process. Just look for the voucher code box in the Order Summary.
