Beauty and productivity are key to Sarah Raven's veg garden - not just for the summer months, but throughout the year. This day course at Perch Hill will cover thirty years of veg gardening and the very best edibles based on Sarah's taste and productivity trials.

Sarah will teach you about her favourite cut-and-come-again crops, with a focus on salad leaves, edible flowers, herbs and leafy greens, plus the tastiest varieties of tomatoes, peas, courgettes, beans and much more. This is not the entire story - the veg garden needs to look beautiful year round too, so you will learn top tips and tricks for creating beauty and abundance.

The afternoon session includes practical demonstrations showing you some key relevant skills for this course including an explanation of our sowing and growing systems. We'll end with a Q&A.
