Tulip 'Go Go Red'
- Good for Cutting
- Perfect for Pots
I adore lily-flowered tulips, the catwalk models of the bunch, and this quirky addition with its saturated hue and eccentric shape is no exception
With petals arching steeply back to revel a golden yellow centre, they’re quite unlike any other tulip.
Grow ‘Go Go Red’ in solo plantings in pots, or underplant in a border with low mound-forming perennials like Alchemilla mollis to allow the statement flowers to shine.
Tulip petals are all edible. We scatter them over salad and use some petals dipped in tempura batter and served with a spring garden Frito Misto.
