Cultivation
Sun or Shade Elders will grow well on any site once they are well established. Add mycorrhizal fungi (Rootgrow) into the base of the planting hole for better establishment.

Care Tips

Elders are quick to establish in sun or shade and can easily reach 6ft in 2-3 years. To keep in check simply pollard the plant or selectively prune on a yearly rotation to keep the height down.
