Description

One of the best and most beautiful of the ramblers, with long, trailing growth reaching up to 9m. The flowers are pretty, dainty sprays of very pale pink, each held on a thin stem.

All rose petals are edible. As you might expect, they have a mild, floral taste and can be used to decorate cakes, puddings or baking. They are also a beautiful, scented addition to jugs of iced cordial or summer cocktails.

Care Tips

Before planting bare root roses, soak roots in a bucket of water for at least 2 hours. Dig a hole that will accommodate the root ball comfortably and, to aid establishment, sprinkle mycorrhizal fungi (Rootgrow) into the base before planting.
