- These bulbs require very well-drained soil as they are intolerant of wet soil when dormant. Handle the fragile bulbs carefully and plant at four times their own depth.
Care Tips
Can be naturalised in a free draining gravel garden that doesn’t retain moisture in the winter. Cut back at the end of the season once the leaves have yellowed.
