Just like a peppermint stick, this chard is two-toned pink and white
Pick leaves young to use in salads or let them mature to use as you would with spinach. Try sautéing with some garlic, lemon zest, and a few glugs of olive oil.
Grow in beds or pots with a bit of shade.
