Direct sow in lines or blocks April-June, 15-20cm (6-8in) between rows. It is slow to germinate, so good to intersow with radish as a marker plant. Thin to 10cm.

Care Tips
Fresh seed should be purchased each year, as they have a very short vitality. Seeds germinate slowly. Mulch after planting to keep soil warm and moist. Plant radishes alongside in order to mark the row.
