Description

An excellent seed grown lavender, super-early to flower, in May, and right through summer. We have this lining our veg garden paths to draw in pollinators and smell delicious. Keep picking for longer flowering. It dries brilliantly too.

Lavender is an edible plant that makes a great addition to sweet and savoury dishes alike. Use the leaves and flowers for to introduce an enticing citrus-mint flavour.

Care Tips

Cut lavender stems for the vase when the lowest blossom opens. Trim back after flowering or the following spring to maintain a compact habit and help prevent the plant becoming too woody. Trim flowered stems and 2cm of foliage.
