Description

A wonderfully frothy plant with fine foliage, delicate flowers and architectural seed heads that fill out a border and a vase.

Bronze fennel leaves can be backed into bread or biscuits, for a savoury, aniseed flavour. They're also delicious scattered over root veg before roasting.

Care Tips

Very easy to establish and requires little attention. Will self seed freely but seedlings can easily be weeded out or transplanted when young.
