Crocus vernus 'Flower Record'

Description

One of my favourite bulbs to plant as a top layer in a container (just below the surface) which flowers well before tulips to bring the cheer of spring a good 6 weeks early.

Its leaves grow after the flowers and are brilliant for their arching elegance with the tulips.

Care Tips

Can be naturalized easily in grass but wait until the foliage has died down in June to cut the grass.
