Description
A real “look at me” showstopper which produces masses of joyous, feathery garnet plumes. This flamboyant border plant is hard to miss and is ideal for adding that sometimes much needed colour and texture to a shaded spot. I often add a few of its dried seed heads to my cut flower arrangements
Care Tips
Grows best in moist fertile soil that doesn't dry out, but can cope with dry shade. Mulch in spring with well rotted organic matter. Divide every 3/4 years in early spring.
