Description

This hard to find, compact species columbine or 'Granny's Bonnet', has unusual and delicate chocolate brown flowers in summer. Left alone it will happily self-seed, and it does well in many positions, even shade.

Care Tips

Cut back leaves in autumn. Aquilegias can self seed in the right conditions, to prevent this cut down after flowering.
