Verbena 11

If you want to attract pollinators all summer long, verbenas are the plants to go for. Bees and butterflies will flock to their clusters of delicate, yet nectar-rich, flowers. Happiest in a sunny spot and drought tolerant, verbena are ideal plants for the summer garden. If you have the space, verbena bonariensis with its haze of purple flowers on tall stems, is a great way to add impact and can look particularly lovely lining a path, but don't miss out on the smaller, more compact verbena varieties that are ideal for pots and containers. Although verbena plants are often associated with purple and lilac flowers, our range also features some lovely varieties in pink and white.
