[COURSE ITINERARY] - Grow and Arrange Your Own Cut Flowers with Sarah Raven at Ham Court, Bampton

| Morning Session 1 | 10:30am — 11:30am | Sarah will guide you through the principles of the cut flower cut-and-come-again philosophy and share all she knows on how to harvest a lot of flowers, no matter your space. |
| Break | 11:30am — 11:50am | Tea, coffee. |
| Morning Session 2 | 11:50am — 1:00pm | Sarah will then show you the best plants to be sown/planted now to give you almost year-round picking just outside the door and give you growing tips and advice, plus a guide to conditioning flowers to make them last as long as possible in a vase. There will be a focus on winter into spring flowers. |
| Lunch | 1:00pm — 2:00pm | A two-course lunch will be served and guests can also explore the Sarah Raven pop-up shop. |
| Demo | 2:00pm — 2:30pm | There will be a demo of practical skills by Matthew Rice who will share his own methods for growing a cutting garden, such as propagation. |
| Q&A | 2:30pm — 2:45pm | Q&A with Sarah to clear up any queries you might still have. |
| Garden Tour | 2:45pm — 4:00pm | Guests can enjoy a tour of the Matthew's private garden and grounds, which include a productive, walled kitchen garden, greenhouse, polytunnel, borders, lawns and working farmyard with animals. Further time to look in the pop-up shop. |
