I think there was a difficulty with calculating how many you should order and, especially this year, that cannot have been easy. Generally, you kept me informed although I wasn't certain you had recorded that I ordered 2 vases when only one was delivered. The second has now arrived. You also send me a £10 voucher which is very generous. I put the delayed delivery down to issues with supply and difficulty calculating demand. I don't intend to use the voucher although I am sure I will purchase items from you in the future!
