A quick and easy cut-and-come-again salad leaf which tastes of wasabi. It crops up for at least six months from one sowing.

If it starts to bolt, cut it right back and it rapidly leafs up again. This is one of our new found favourites.

Sowing, Seeds, Planting For large sprouts or microgreens, sow seeds in spring to summer in sandy soil in a bright but cool location. Broadcast seeds and cover with a thin layer of soil.
Care Tips Keep moist to hold back any bolting. Harvest by cutting when seedlings reach 3-4". For smaller sprouts, use a sprouting jar indoors.
