I ordered these crowns and they were all one variety (instead of 2) that arrived.
The customer team replaced them promptly but half of the second batch shriveled and died between planting and shooting. Happy with the ones that did come up.

The service was brilliant and the instructions were clear

However so far only 2 very weak stems appeared from 2 separate plants. Hopefully they will all emerge next year

I know this takes a long time (3 years) to grow but there has been no sign of life whatsoever. If there’s no greenery again next year I have to assume their dead....

Sadly not one of the ten crowns grew. I followed your instructions but I think I had to wait too long before I was able to plant them because of this year's very strange weather conditions. I recently dug one up very carefully and discovered it was totally rotten. I have been growing asparagus successfully for thirty years and ordered yours as replacements for my very old crowns, which, by the way have produced copiously this year.
I did however purchase a dahlia collection from you which took a long time to get going due to the hot dry summer but once we had some rain they flourished and were looking great last week when I went away.
