While writing my book, Good Good Food, I aimed to distil down the veg I grow to the super-nutritious, bumper healthy. That's what you've got here – beetroot, kale, broccoli, butternut squash and Indigo Rose tomatoes, containing the anti-oxidant pigment Anthocyanin (so good for brain health), as well as the usual valuable Lycopene. These are all easy-to-grow, back garden Superfoods.

Grow Your Own Superfood Collection reviews
Reviewed 2nd January 2021 by Glynis Another present which has delighted three other gardening friends. because they're a bit different. |
Reviewed 25th September 2018 by Jennifer The purple tomatoes grew well but tasted just awful and so were inedible despite a lot of time and trouble. The kale and the brocolli just didn't do anything that was edible. The butternut squash and the beetroot were a complete success though. So for me this collection was an expensive way to gain a few squash and some beetroot because the tomatoes, kale and broccoli failed. Reply from the Sarah Raven Team:"Thank you for your review, we are very sorry to hear of your disappointment with your tomatoes, kale and broccoli and have refunded you for these ."
