Description

Completely OTT, but actually lovely with it, purple silk velvet flowers and even indented leaves. This will get people looking!

Both leaves and flowers of violas are edible and can be used to add flavour, colour and texture to salads. The flowers can also be used as edible garnishes to cakes.

Pick the flowers and scatter them onto salads.

Care Tips

Deadhead or pick regularly to prolong flowering and maintain a compact shape. If plants become leggy, a mid-season chop in July to 5cm (2in) above ground-level will help promote bushy re-growth.
