Description

For salad and boiling. A late-maturing salad potato for harvesting in late summer and autumn. Chefs love its excellent flavour and texture. You may need to spray to avoid blight, so tricky for the organic gardener but really superb this year.

Care Tips

When the shoots first appear draw the earth from between the rows to cover them. This encourages underground shoots and more tubers. Add in lots of well rotted manure the previous autumn (not too fresh).
