You'll have rich coral pink hanging bells on matching stems all summer and autumn with this classy triphylla fuchsia. It's easy to strike cuttings and so continue it for beautiful, strong-coloured containers from one year to the next.

Sowing, Seeds, Planting Prefers cool, protected, partial shade, especially in summer months with moist, but free draining soil or compost.
Care Tips A sub-tropical variety, Eruption requires a minimum of 4-5 degrees for over wintering otherwise it is best grown as an annual. All are very heavy bloomers, borne in terminal clusters; and with sufficient light and heat they can be winter-flowering.

Lovely plants. But I think that they’d be better growing in a pot, hanging baskets or tubs so that the flowers can trail over the side. It was suggested that they’d grow in beds, yes they grow but the flowers are wasted on “the flat”

These did not grow as tall as the description in the catalogue implied. The stems are thin and floppy. Pretty flowers, but would not buy again.

The plants arrived well packed as usual and looked healthy. However they remained really small and spindly. I was really disappointed as I have fond memories of the Thalia grown by my father.
