Cultivation
Don’t plant tulips until mid-late October. Plant pointy end up 10-15cm deep, 8cm apart in borders (less in containers). You can use a mycorrhizal Bulb Starter.

Description

‘Brownie’ is that lovely copper-bronze colour of new rose foliage which is why we have it here, in amongst our roses. ‘Continental’ is important in the collection for dark contrast, with the goblets of ‘Slawa’ as the colour bridge, a bicolour of both the other tulip colours. This is a classy and sophisticated mix.
