To charge, simply connect the control unit to an appropriate energy source using the USB charging cable provided. 10 hours charging delivers lighting for up to 30 days. The 6 hour timer means you don't have to switch the light set on and off every day. When switched on, the timer registers the time and from then onwards switches it on alternately for 6 hours and then off again for 18 hours.
