Along with camassias, these are one of the longest living bulbs, still coming up in the same place in my garden from planting 25 years ago. They grow happily in grass or border (where they will gradually naturalise), chic and classy mixed with white tulips, or growing and arranged simply on their own.

Once the leaves have turned yellow stop watering and remove once withered. If planting in a colder region plant your bulbs deeper and mulch them over winter.
