Description

This was one of my Father’s favourite plants for dappled shade and so I’ve always grown it in amongst our hellebores at Perch Hill. Remove quite a few of the leaves from the flower spikes so you see the dusky plum-purple flowers more clearly and this makes the most wonderful spring cut flower. Looks after itself.

Care Tips

Prune after flowering to encourage fresh foliage
