Description

I fell in love with this old-fashioned herb last summer, with sapphire blue flowers which look wonderful on the plate. The leaves taste deliciously thymey, the flowers with a gentler, but similar flavour.

Care Tips

Make sure when planting hyssop that it will have a good length of sun exposure. The soil must be loose and adding some sand is a good idea if you have a heavy soil as the soil must be very free draining.
