These bulbs require very well-drained soil as they are intolerant of wet soil when dormant. Handle the fragile bulbs carefully and plant at four times their own depth.

Description

Dainty, nodding flowers tipped with gold on surprisingly robust stems. They’ll do well provided they are not planted somewhere excessively wet, particularly when they are dormant so choose a spot which won’t get waterlogged.
