Plant in October/November, pointy end up 10-15cm deep, 8cm apart. Layer bulbs to a depth of 25-30cm if room is tight. For containers, space bulbs 1-2cm apart if planting in a single layer, give them more room, 2-3cm if planting in a bulb lasagne.

It’s not always easy to combine richness with brilliance in a way that doesn’t clash, but this group, which re-runs something I did in the early days, 25 years ago for my cutting garden book, does manage to be both full of depth and sparkle, with a gleamy radiant brightness. We’ve planted up our Dutch yard with all of these.

This collection contains 5 or 10 bulbs each of:

Our bulb collections will be supplied with each variety bagged individually. To reduce waste, we no longer collate these into a second larger bag. Your delivery paperwork will list details of the collection you have ordered and the varieties included. Our bags can either be recycled or composted (please check bags for details).

This can be gift wrapped in our exclusive hessian sack, with ribbon and a Sarah Raven gift card. You will be able to add this to your basket once you begin the checkout process. To add a gift message to your order, simply fill out the details at the delivery stage of the checkout.
