I used to have reservations about double flowers, but not with these ruffled calibrachoas (sterile), which bloom continually, right through the growing season. Contrast them with the upward spires of coral diascia and airy spikes of talinum and you’ve got a tabletop version of Vita Sackville West’s signature combination; plants like a mosque - rounded domes punctuated by minarets. This collection contains:
- 5 rooted cuttings of Calibrachoa 'Double Can-Can Apricot'
- 5 rooted cuttings of Calibrachoa 'Double Can-Can Provence Blue'
- 5 rooted cuttings of Diascia 'Aurora Dark Pink'
- 5 seedlings of Talinum paniculatum
Keep well watered, especially during dry weather and apply a liquid feed once a month. Pinching back the growing tips will encourage a compact, bushy habit. Grow as an annual display or overwinter in a frost-free greenhouse.
