Description

One of my favourite garden-worthy wild flowers, perfect for flowering up grass, gravel, and steps, and excellent as quickly matt-forming ground cover in dappled shade.

The young shoots of the plant can be cooked, (lightly sauteed) or eaten in salads. The leaves are also edible, and can be used to make tea.

Care Tips

A great plant for groundcover and brightening up corners of the garden, although be careful as its self-seeding and invasive.
