Description
In our mint trial (of 18 varieties) in summer ’22, we found that black peppermint has the most intense-flavoured mint and some of the biggest leaves. It’s slower to get going but is then our favourite.
Care Tips
Can be invasive, so best grown in containers. If it gets woody, prune it back hard. Leaves can be harvested all year round and make a delicious tisane.
