Description

These types of allium offer a much longer and later season of interest, holding masses of flowers once established. It has matte, glaucus twisting foliage topped abundantly with balls and balls of pink drumsticks which bees and butterflies love. The number of blooms increases year on year as the clump continues to establish itself in your border.

Care Tips

This allium will spread by short rhizomes and by self-seeding. Deadheading spent umbels before seed sets helps control unwanted spread and build a stronger bloom for the following year. Clumps can be divided easily in spring or autumn.
