Description

The classic acanthus with glossy, rich green leaves and feather duster flower plumes which stand four foot for nearly half the year, the seed heads almost as handsome as the flowers themselves.

Care Tips

Acanthus can get large and spread, so give plenty of space around the young plant. A good choice for light shade. In full sun it can suffer from mildew but, if it does, cut the foliage to the ground and it will grow back strongly.
