Was a bit sceptical if this would work, but I use a lot of herbs and find stripping them a real chore. So far, tried mint, dill and thyme. It works really well, stripping the leaves up to the last soft bit of stem at the top - but then that's soft enough to use as it is. Looking forward to using on kale (when it's big enough to harvest) as I'm now confident it will work well for that too. Small and flat enough to pop in the kitchen drawer, which is an added bonus and easy to clean.
