Hibiscus trionum was more asked about than any other plant at every one of our summer garden openings last year.
Hibiscus trionium has the most beautiful, pale ivory-green flowers with a deep crimson black centre and delicate green paper lantern seed pods and goes on looking good well into the autumn.
Each flower lasts only a single day, often only flowering when the sun shines – yet, the plant blooms well all season long and is a very fast grower.

Hibiscus trionum reviews
Worth the wait!
Reviewed 6th March 2016 by janine woolford
Because the summer was so strange this took a long time to flower, but my goodness, it was worth the wait. I planted 5 together in a pot and this way there was always several of them in flower. These were beautiful with a slightly Japanese feeling to them. Many people remarked on how exquisite they were and very different.
