regardless of how busy Sarah Raven the company is there should always be someone to answer the telephone. I tried to cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it online and only listened to a recording which was no help. The metal heart should, in my opinion have had some 'rope', 'twine' or fabric so that the heart could be hung .

Extremely disappointed with non delivery of products ordered 19th December especially as one was supposed to be a present. Also no obvious way to include a message or gift wrapping.
Therefore nought stars at this point.

I love this at every time of year - feeding birds through the winter, wrapped in lights at Christmas, and hanging from a tree in the garden with a candle for summer parties! Totally brilliant and looks even better when a bit weathered.
