An airy, elegant penstemon which – unusually for this family, cuts very well.

I love it in a jug on its own or used as a towering upper storey. It flowers long and hard, so also perfect for the garden and containers.

Sowing, Seeds, Planting Will only germinate with light so surface sow. Sow seeds about 1mm deep in a well drained seed sowing mix at about 15°C
Care Tips When large enough to handle, transplant the seedlings into 9cm pots, and grow on in cooler conditions, acclimatising them as they develop. When well grown, plant out in late May in a warm sunny position. Young plants will require frost protection.
