Description

A quick-growing, vigorous and productive form of Thai basil which did very well in our trial last summer. The leaves have a characteristic, more aniseedy flavour than Sweet Genovese Basil, and are the essential ingredient in authentic green curry pastes.

We pick the flower spikes as well as the leaves as foliage fillers for scented vases and edible table centres.

Please note, illustrated packets are being introduced gradually over the coming months, availability may vary.

Care Tips

Grows well in a container, keep re-potting into a slightly larger pot when roots start to show through the drainage holes at the bottom. Water plants in the morning if possible. Keep plants bushy by pinching the tips and removing any flowers.
