This is not the first time I have purchased Spring bulbs from you. Why? Because they are always reliable and of good quality. I love the colour combinations you offer. The service I receive from you is excellent in every way. Your catalogues are a feast for the eyes and full of helpful hints too. Thank you.

Developed into rather rigid little plants, quite dull in a planter.

I planted these in a large pot along with other summer flowering plants. Took a while to get established but once they did the verbena rigida flowered all summer and wel into the autumn. As ever healthy plants well packaged and a great addition to my garden.

These have done well in NY herbaceous border this summer, weaving in and out of other plants. Lovely purple colour, no staking required.

I am thoroughly frustrated by the way I make an order and less than 24 hours later there is a communication with an offer. I buy quite a lot from you and when I make an order it is what I want then, not more later

Reply from the Sarah Raven Team:

"We are sorry to hear that you received an offer after you placed an order. We have checked your order and on this occasion can see that you were able to take advantage of an offer at the time that you placed the order. We do try to create offers that as many customers as possible are able to take advantage of. We are sorry that on this occasion you received one when you had just placed an order."

They have grown strongly and survived the extreme heat of this summer very well. They have bloomed and bloomed strongly all summer long and been very attractive to butterflies and bees. They continue to be a wonderful display and show no sign as yet of going over.

Some grew well, slow to flower though. Those in a slightly shady area have still to flower, although to be fair the soil where they are planted has a tendency to dry out.

I bought 3 plants late last summer. My garden is all containers & these look fantastic in a pot. We did have the Big Freeze this year, & I thought that the plants hadn’t survived, but they had, despite 2 being on a blustery balcony with no protection. If I had given them some protection, I’m sure they would have been more abundant this year. The one in the garden is proof of this. It is wonderful this summer.

Bought this as young plants from you last year. Did well then and overwintered with no mulch (North London). Cut back hard in late March and has now been flowering for 3 months with many more flowering side shoots forming. Planted with Persicaria 'Firetail' and looks great.

Love this little plant

Grew from seed indoors and planted out with some apricot begonias in pots. Very happy with results and plan to use them around the garden next year. October now and still holding up.
