I expected more advanced plants. Despite tlc allsummer they will not make a big contribution to next Spring’s garden. Same applies to the 3 yellow/ white ones just received.

Excellent plants received and beyond brilliant packaging

I ordered 3 items and my first arrived today the wallflower seedlings. I can understand why they were despatched separately as the packaging is specific to the wallflowers held firmly in place during transportation and the best packaging in which I have received mail order plants which is appropriate and really well done. The plants as such have arrived in excellent condition and I know will grow on well. Thank you and well done.

devasted!

Wallflowers arrived in perfect condition.

Planted under my bedroom window looking forward to the scent that would arise in due course, plus some in a planter
Checked at weekend, they looked a bit sad so watered
checked today - they have been absolutely decimated by snails
should I dig up and plant somewhere safe hoping they revive?
have an order for lupins waiting in my basket but not sure if i dare place the order - will it just be a gourmet meal for these slimy pests!!!
I would give more stars for service and condition but have no idea if they would deliver on colour and fragrance!

Reply from the Sarah Raven Team:

"Thank you for taking time to review our site. we are very sorry to hear that your wallflowers have been attacked by snails. it may be worth moving them and replanting with some slug/snail prevention in place and hopefully you can still enjoy their scent later this spring. We would also strongly recommend protecting your lupins- here is the link to our slug/snail prevention products which may be of interest to you- https://www.sarahraven.com/gardening_kit/plant_protection_pests.
