Arrived with only 2 or 3 roots

Reviewed 25th April 2018 by Joanne Griffith

Ordered in November and arrived as expected at the end of February. I kept it undercover until early April as the weather was very cold and I didn't want to "shock it". I put it outside and hardened it off for a couple of weeks before preparing the planting area.
I came to plant it out and it had not rooted into the pot at all and all the soil fell away leaving the tuber, 2 or 3 very spindly roots as well as two leaf stalks.
After contacting customer services I have as advised put it back in the pot and will look at it again in a few weeks.
I am disappointed that for the money paid, I have received such an immature specimen.
